Philosophy

We are a small family business, set-up by two escapees from the corporate grind.

We went off travelling... and discovered some amazing sunglasses. We loved them because they were beautiful, excellent quality, looked really hot, felt expensive but didn't cost the earth.

Our friends thought so too... Next stop music festivals and the end of Brighton pier – people there loved them too. And then they kept coming back for more. And some wanted to buy on-line.

So here we are...

We do not sell copies or fakes of branded goods but source quality products which best reflect up-to-the-minute fashion trends and styles, all at incredibly low prices.

Our product range is constantly being updated according to current trends and customer requests. Based on our customer feedback we hope to continue adding new and original products in years to come.

Ordering

Our website has been designed to make it easy for our customers to see our products clearly and to place orders online easily. Should you have any difficulty using our site please e-mail us - customerservice@notdesigner.com. For international customers, please contact us via e-mail or telephone to inquire about international sunglass orders.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you the customer are for any reason not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly replace it or give you a full refund (less postage) - whichever you prefer. The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund:

    * Product must be returned in the original packaging, including any other original content

    * The customer must obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number from California Dreamin prior to returning the product. To obtain an RA number please e-mail your request, including the order number, to: info@notdesigner.com. We cannot authorise returns over the telephone.

    * The customer is responsible for return postage & packaging charges, and we would recommend using a traceable method as California Dreamin cannot be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.

    * The product will be inspected on receipt. All returns must be in a resalable condition for full credit to be issued. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by the customer. Product returns that show wear will be refused.

Please note: Personalised name belts cannot be returned since they have been hand-made and personalised - unless they are faulty.

Exchange Policy

We can only exchange items for customers who agree to pay additional postage & packaging charges. Please e-mail us (info@notdesigner.com) prior to any exchange returns so we may ensure your desired style or colour or size are in stock.

Payment and Order Processing

All payments are made using the Sagepay system. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after the order is received and receipt of Sagepay payment. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to choose an alternative or cancel the order if you wish.

All payments on your statements will appear as payment to Not Designer Ltd

Postage and packing

Orders received from outside the UK will (where accepted) be subject to payment by the Customer of the additional costs of postage, packing and any other costs associated with the supply of Products outside the UK.

Customs / Import Fees

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Credit Card Security

This website offers credit card transaction security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. The secure server software encrypts your credit card information before it is forwarded to us, thereby preventing others from accessing your private information during this process - California Dreamin staff members will not even see your card details.
